We are closely monitoring the developing coronavirus (COVID-19) situation across all of our operating regions. As this situation continues to evolve, so does our response. Providing support to our customers while safeguarding the wellbeing of our employees and partners is our priority. To protect against the spread of coronavirus, we have implemented some revised ways of working, which includes the transition to remote working. Our team remains ready to service your business via the usual methods of phone and email.


We recognize these are unsettling times and that you may have questions about your coverage. We are working closely with our policyholders to answer any questions about coverage, recognizing that coverage is looked at on a case-by-case basis and is based on the facts, circumstances, law and policy language of each.


  • General liability and professional liability are unlikely to be relevant to the COVID-19 situation because they cover claims by others, made against you in connection to your home business services, damage you cause to someone else’s property or bodily injury caused by you. If your employees are working remotely during this time, their professional activities are typically covered under your professional liability policy, subject to other policy terms and conditions.


As you can imagine, we are experiencing higher than normal call volumes, and call wait times are longer than usual. If you need to make a claim, you can contact us as you normally would.
