- General liability and professional liability are unlikely to be relevant to the COVID-19 situation because they cover claims by others, made against you in connection to your home business services, damage you cause to someone else’s property or bodily injury caused by you. If your employees are working remotely during this time, their professional activities are typically covered under your professional liability policy, subject to other policy terms and conditions.
As you can imagine, we are experiencing higher than normal call volumes, and call wait times are longer than usual. If you need to make a claim, you can contact us as you normally would.
